Maintaining E3 Panic Mode

Jul. 17 10:55 PM by Alicia Ashby

E3 ended officially at 4PM today, but as far as we're concerned at omgNintendo, the E3 Panic is still on. This is just a friendly reminder to let you guys know that we aren't stopping the E3 coverage until every single game, press conference, and interview is covered. A lot of bigger sites aren't focusing on Nintendo coverage this year, and there were so many DS and Wii games on the floor (or announced and not on the floor) that I'm positive a lot are falling through the cracks. We played almost everything and saw a lot, so stay tuned for more information about what you'll be seeing in the rest of 2008 and into 2009.

There'll be some wrap-up posts coming at the end of Panic Mode, but I can say for now that this is really one of the better shows I've covered in the past... oh god it's been five years now, hasn't it? It needs to be a little bit bigger, and I want to see more small companies and weird foreign indy games present, but I think I got more hands-on time with everything than ever before. A lot of people were theorizing that this year's E3 would be the last, but I think the show was just good enough to turn the decline around.

I love this site's dedication.

GEMPadre036: I love this site's dedication.

Seriously, with all these previews and the detailed piece on Fallout 3 she did on omgrpg, Lynxara has easily outshined her competition this e3. Now somebody give the girl a damn raise.

Get me lots of hits and I get a raise automatically! :D
