Oneechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers Confirmed for Wii

A lot of outlets will crow over exclusives that aren't really worth the excitement, but GamesRadar has possibly one of the greatest Wii-centric announcements of a pretty awesome week for Nintendo fans. Yes, D3 Publisher has confirmed to GamesRadar that they will release the official English-language version of Oneechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers, a game that can only hope to be as great as its name. The release date is set for early 2009.
Oneechanbara is the story of two teenage girls, one of them a bikini-wearing samurai cowboy with a feather boa and the other a pissed-off Japanese schoolgirl, who battle teeming hordes of mutant undead with nothing more their than swords and sheer chutzpah. The games are gory stupid wonderful B-movie schlock, and it's taken far too long for one to make it onto the awesomest of the current console line-up. Did we mention this one supports co-op, too? You can double your bikini zombie slaying fun!

Only with more gore-drenched bikini zombies slayers and slayees, I should hope!
Man, I still fistshake that Oneechanbara Vortex didn't come out over here on the 360. So I am happy to see this. :O
I pray that we get a crossover game: Oneechanbara Bikini Zombie Slayers vs. Zombie vs. The Ambulance.
