The i-SOBOT is the "first robot produced by Tomy since the Takara merger". It is basically the awesome toy robot you wanted as a kid, before it existed. Ordinarily you have to use it with a bulky remote, meticulously pre-programming moves you want it to execute.
A group of enterprising programmers behind the Robosapien Dance Machine project are about to release an i-SOBOT software called Robodance 4, designed to make it easier to make your robot, well, dance. (What else do you want a robot to do?) Robodance 4 supports the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, and you can watch one of Robodance's developers using it to make his i-SOBOT get funky here.
I now have a new ambition in life. I want a dancing robot.
