The Tokyo Press Conference did announce a bunch of new DS titles that I'll talk about later, because none of them are awesome as the news that Fire Emblem:Shadow Dragon is confirmed for North American release sometime in the first half of 2009. Nintendo also announced that the title would receive extensive online support, complete with one-on-one multiplayer, voice chat, an online store with an updating inventory, and the ability to loan your favorite units to friends. When the outsourced guy comes back to you, his adventures with your buddy result in improved stats. Man, it's not just a chance to finally get to know Marth's game, it's a chance to make Fire Emblem roughly 10 times more fun than it already is. (And Fire Emblem is, let's face it, already pretty fun.)
