You knew it was going to happen: there's now a Wii for Dummies book set to be added to the long-running series of advice books for the hopeless. I can only guess this book is targeted at those technophobe middle-agers (like my parents) who buy Wiis for Wii Sports and Wii Fit and then are terrified of using them. On the upside, it's going to be written by Kyle Orland - one of the Joystiq authors - so it will at least be full of good information that might, just might, stop the epidemic of Mario Party 8 purchases that is devastating this country.

I would be surprised, but I've seen the sort of confusion people have about the Wii's most basic features, so... yeah.
Aren't Wii's made for dummies anyway? This book should come standard
